Q: Who can come to PR Fitness?
A: PR Fitness is for any person who wants to reach their goals in fitness, whether it is changing body composition, becoming a faster or stronger athlete, or becoming a healthier individual. Our classes are catered towards endurance athletes, but anyone who wants a great workout and wants to learn more about fitness is welcome!
Q: Does PR Fitness have a gym membership?
A: PR Fitness does not offer a gym membership. All of our classes, personal trainings, and coaching sessions are specified to get you directly to your goals and train you safely and effectively. This means that when you come to PR Fitness, you get to work with a trained professional every time.
Q: What levels of runners come to your group runs?
A: Our group runs include runners of varying paces, from those who are newer to running to those who are seasoned athletes. This means you’ll be able to find people to run with no matter what your pace.
Q: How far do you run?
A: The Wednesday night runs are usually between 3 and 8 miles, and Saturday runs are longer, usually anywhere from 5-20 miles. There are courses for various distances
Q: Do you have day care?
A: We do not have a day care facility, however, if you can let us know ahead of time, children are welcome and can sit in office and play during classes or personal training.
Q: How do I know what kind of services I need?
A: If you are unsure of your needs or need more assistance, we offer a FREE fitness assessment. We will take you through a series of short assessments to see where your strengths and weaknesses lie and then will recommend programs based on our assessment.
